1st Site Group

ESP worked with 1st Site Group to produce an integrated approach to managing the health and safety risks encountered by a specialist construction firm. A bespoke risk appraisal and management process, that identified the tasks, hazards and generic control measures was developed that would adhere to the requirements of OHSAS 18001. A method of combining the management of generic hazards into site specific controls was also developed with the emphasis being on practical site safety.
